Online Registration is here for sectionals and states!

The website is listed below for online registration.
http://massusag.registersports.com
You will need to create an account for your gym.  Click open an account.  The participant information is the club contact (person) information.  Use the club address, phone, and e-mail that you want for any communication about the event.  Obviously, you do not need to put your birthdate, but the field cannot remain blank, so fill in whatever you want there.  When you click on the online registration form to register for a competition, you will then log into the account you created.  On that registration form, it will ask you to list your club information (name and number) as well as coaches attending (name, number, expiration) and athlete information (name, usa#, dob, level).  No fields are allowed to remain blank, so if you have five athletes entering the competition, please put n/a in the remaining spaces for athlete information.  It will then ask you to select the number of athletes coming to the competition so that it will charge you correctly.  Please note that the fees listed already have the fee charged by the company added in so that you will not be paying more per entry than is allowed by the region.  There is a $3.00 fee per form that you submit which is charged by the credit card company for processing.  I have been unable to get that fee waived at this point.

You then click on submit and check out.  At that point you review the information that you have entered and enter your credit card for payment processing.  Once your order is complete, you will see a pdf invoice that you can print for your records.

I hope that you will find this process easy (once worked with) and eliminating the paper aspect of our entries will help you (and my dining room table) this season.  Don't hesitate to contact me if you are having problems with this process as it is new for all of us, but I am hopeful that it will be a positive move for us as a state.

At this point, registration for the first sectional on February 7 for Levels 8-10 will close on 1/28/10 at midnight.

Nastia Liukin visits Boston and Massachusetts to promote events.

For 9/10 Regionals 2010, due to the short time in between states and regionals, it is requested that graduating seniors bring their bios to the state meet to guarantee being included in the program and slideshow.  Coaches, please forward the document below to the athletes that may need it. [more]
