USAG Massachusetts Meet Reporting Procedures

1. In an effort to produce more efficient score tracking methods the State Committee has decided that meet directors will be required to use PRO SCORE at all qualifying competitions.  If a meet is scored manually or by another scoring program, the Meet Director must pay an additional recording fee of $1.00 per athlete to the level representative.  Make check payable to USAG-Mass.

2. Following the competition, a ptf file must be send to the State chair and appropriate Level Reps so that they may effectively track qualifiers.

3. How to ptf?

   • Be Sure that the meet you need to report is selected in the upper right hand corner.

   • Click on file > Export > to ProScore transfer file (ptf)

   • Enter the name of your meet – the easy way for Level Reps to keep track of all of the meets to come in would be to name it with your gym name and the date

   • Typically this file is automatically sent to your desktop (although I have heard of incidents where they are hiding somewhere in your computer) and you will see “export complete” show up on your screen.

   • You then compose an e-mail to the State Chair and appropriate Level Reps (email addresses are listed in this packet) and attach the ptf that is saved on your desktop.

   • Click send and you’re done!
